Delivery times quoted are for guidance only and all shipments are governed by the Terms & Conditions of the relevant carrier. No claim for liability or consequential loss can be accepted against the late delivery of a parcel.
ReturnsI do not wish to keep my item – it is not faulty… Should you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item within 30 days of delivery, please notify us by visiting our contact us page and submitting a ‘RMA’ request. We are happy to refund most items, providing the product is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories.
Subject to inspection & confirmation of being faulty the product will be sent to our technicians for repair. If a repair is not possible, we will offer a refund including postage costs. The 12 month warranty starts from the date of the original purchase. Please note, If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
